Just a quick post for this little image that’s been running over in my head this week. I work in a high school here in Leeds and as part of that I need to keep an eye on a small section of the canteen or outside area at break and lunch. I saw a child blessing themselves the other day – it nearly stopped me in my tracks as I felt like I hadn’t seen this series of movements in such a long time. It brought me back to primary school, where we said prayers together a few times a day, and we blessed ourselves before and after prayers ‘In the name of the father, and of the son, and of the holy spirit’, but in Irish. I tried to guess at how you spell it for this very quick and messy little animated sketch but wasn’t quite right. Here’s the correct spelling for future reference: An ainm an Athar, agus a Mhic, agus an Spioraid Naoimh. Amen
Sketched out on my MovinkPad and imported onto my PC, because I have CSP debut (no animation tools) on the pad, and CSP Ex (has animation tools) on the PC.
